    Fall Meet/Greet/Indiana

Ok folk's the MWI has come and gone so we now need to pick a date/location for the Fall Meet/Greet. We need a central location with nice warm cabins to rent for a weekend. Past meets were held in Bowling Green, and up in Indiana. Bowling Green, while nice is too far to drive for our members in Ohio,Illinois,Missouri etc. Chime in with your ideas.

I think it would be nice if we could go somewhere with snow outside of our warm cabins. While Bowling Green is 300 miles from my home in Missouri, I'd be willing to drive up to 500 or so miles to get to a good destination. I have friends that really like the UP in Michigan and I've heard the Wisconsin Dells are nice.

      Meet n Greet

I need some time to get my Waggy straightened out. Bunch of little stuff and a vibration to get rid of. Maybe November sometime?

The meet is set for November 15-17th at the KOA in Terre Haute, Indiana. A few of us have already made reservations. The lady I spoke to mentioned that the camp would fill up pretty quick with hunters, since deer season begins on the 16th. For those that want to attend, it might be a good idea to reserve a space now.

              I'm in cabin K3.
Ristow is in the deluxe cabin.
              Woodchomper is in K5.
              Addicted is in K2.
Don't go for cabin K1, as it is way off in the weeds by itself.
              Del is in K4.

                        So still 4+ family?
And a visiting couple or two like my wife and I.

@ Wewillsurvive, you gona show up for a bit?

We will be there sometime Saturday, exactly when depends on what we get up to along the way. Rare leisure day for us, so our only plan is to meander wherever as we go.

                            missing some

Ristow showed with his family. Woodchomper, his son and a friend. Myself with my youngest. Jim came by Sat afternoon but didn't stay. The cabins were nice, and I'll say that's the way to go. Out of the elements, and all the cabins together. Has the potential to be a really good time if we can get a large group at a site like the KOA. We did have fun, a nice on site breakfast, and there was a nice playground for the kids. And it wouldn't be right without a campfire and S'mores. A good weekend. Lets plan for the next one guys...Del
