This the passenger door panel from my 79. Both front panels lower carpeted sections were removed by the PO. With no luck finding decent replacements, this will be my attempt to make my own panels from quarter inch birch ply.

I know MenInBlack offers ABS door and interior panels, if your interested. I have a set waiting for me to get to the interior of mine. Just a thought. I bought them as they are less susceptible to moisture.

How come I can only see the pichers in posts 1 and 6? The others are a big minus sign in a circle.Sic friatur crustulum

This what I had. The PO had removed the lower portion of the panels. Probably due to moisture rot.
The doors without panels. I used aluminum tape to seal factory holes.
Fitting birch panels before gluing fabric onto them.
I saved the faux wood trim from a set of Grand Wagoneer door panels.
Final product. This is what I made.

Man I love your rig. The red, Rhino and trim all look so good together. I have nothing productive to submit, just a little drool over your rig.Chuck McTruck 71 J4000

I do what I can with my limited skills to keep it on the road.
Removing, repairing , and reinstalling the fuel tank and transfer case was almost too much.
But getting "envy stares" while driving it makes it worthwhile.
