How to use this form

• Just fill in your email address, check the appropriate boxes, and SUBMIT.
• Unfortunately, due to recent problems on the list, some new procedures have been implemented:
  • All subscription requests must be approved by the list administrator. Therefore there will be a delay in processing your subscription request. Please be patient.
  • This list no longer allows subscriptions from most of the "free" and/or "anonymous" email providers, which include at least the following: yahoo.com, excite.com, usa.net, home.com, netscape.net. If your email address is with one of these domains, or similar ones, your request will not be approved. Sorry. This may or may not be a temporary situation, at this point it depends upon Yahoo.
• Requests for real-time mode must be approved by the FSJ-List Administrator.
