Wow. That is a passion for the work. Ship it halfway around the world, and then rebuild/restore it from the ground up. Makes my piddly little parts searches pale in comparison.

I'm glad that truck ended up in your hands so it could be restored so beautifully. Truly excellent work!

'80 was such a cool year with these trucks - starting with the horizontal chrome strip going across the grill. sweet find and thanks for pictures...

Guy this is a really nice truck & a great post. It should be moved to the build section. It needs to have all this info & one of the best build write ups for everyone to reference.

                        giobizio,
Would you have a problem with that??

If you can't make it better why waste your time. No use repeating the orignal mistakes. I'm to old to push it that's why.

Serehill I'm proud of what do you think about my work. For me this is not the first project and for every project I put passion and blood to get these result.

About this thread I posted many pictures but few words. Mostly for my bad english. I didn't commented every picture but if you'd like move my thread on a section which can be useful to someone to build a truck like mine (or I hope better than mine) I'm glad to do it.

Let me know what I need to do and I will do
