finally back at it

making decent progress on my 1982 stepside
getting ready to spin and break in engine and then install efi
(i want to hear this run before i swap in the FI Tech)

i'm into the bulkhead wiring
it WAS a 6cyl truck
now a 360

SOMEHOW the original 6cyl harness got lost over the years
but i have two harnesses here that are from FSJ's

one has the bulkhead connector that will fit, but all the wires are cut, so i'm going to start migrating the wires from the no-fitting bulkhead connector to the one that fits. i'm using a 1981 wiring diagram.

my question is, was there any difference between a 1981 to 1982 nothing is jumping out at me

and from a 6cyl connector and an 8cyl
on the "dash side" wiring?

has someone already went down this road? I tried searching old posts but i'm not having much luck. I'm starting to suspect there was a bit of a wiring meltdown in the cab on this so i might have my handful here.

thought, leads, comments appreciated
