Spark Plug Wire Loom Holder Separator Thingees

I have the stock valve covers and no way to keep the spark plug wires off of them because the looms/separators/holders are missing. Wondering which brand will fit that wide tab on on the middle-top of the valve covers like seen on this pic:

Was thinking these might fit, but I hate buying things and having to return if they don't work:
https://www.amazon.com/Moroso-72153-...9704790&sr=8-6

Anyone know whose stuff fits that tab, or look good AND keep the wires off the valve covers?

I might have some laying around that I could measure, but they carry those separators in parts stores. You might be able to just measure one before you buy.

I drilled a hole in the small tabs that are on the valve covers and made some knuckle dusters from delrin and put the spark plug wires through the holes to have them separate and guided.

Thanks, fellow addicts!

I've measured the just over 3/4" width of those valve cover tabs and nothing at the local parts stores come close to fitting on them, so I bought some standoffs that bolt on using the valve cover bolts to secure them. Odd that neither TGW nor BJ's offer anything stock for those tabs.

That's the hard part, trying to figure out what parts will fit. You can keyword search on sites till the cows come home, but there's no way to know will actually fit that particular tab on a valve cover. Item specifics are impossible to find on any site, and just eyeballing things in the stores has made me $20 poorer and no closer to finding what will actually work there.

They're incredibly cheap so ordered a set to be delivered from the store for free. Thanks for the info, and hopefully they fit those darn tabs!

Facts. Nothing but facts right there. We just need to continue to taunt him with amazing AMC projects to prevent him from ever retiring!

Hmmmmmm.... then again, maybe if he retires he will have more time for ifsja/theamcforum.... hmmmmmm....
