The '87 GW belonged to my father who passed away April 3, 1999. It was the last in a long line of FSJ's he owned dating back to the late 60's. The GW sat for several years in his driveway with a seized engine, sagging suspension, worn out front end, bald tires, partial exhaust system and an endless list of nickel/dime problems. Just days before he passed he mentioned to me that he'd like to finish fixing the Grand Wagoneer someday... >It quickly became my passion to restore it to her former glory... for Dad. After several months and a lot of blood, sweat and tears she now breathes fire and commands respect. Now, like my father and I did when I was a child, my son and I roam the hillsides in an FSJ looking for adventure... Dad would be pleased.
