Thinking of putting a wind deflector on my GW. They have them for sale at TGW. ANyone ever done this? Thoughts?

I think TGW has the woodgrain vinyl that adheres to the deflector rather than the deflector assembly itself. Hope I'm wrong about that as I need a replacement too.Mike

Mine didn't have one and I put one on. About the time I got done I asked myself why I was putting one on my GW... I rarely drive around with the rear windows down and haven't driven down a gravel road in years.Comment

I don't think my 87 is supposed to even have one. But I put it on anyways because it looks cool and matches my window rain deflectors.
And if it keeps one drop of rain out of my tailgate.
