    Carburetor Vacuum Pulloff Question

Was setting up carb yesterday and noticed when I pull vac on the vacuum pulloff, it will very slowly release after a few seconds - do our pulloffs (as fitted to a MC2150) have built in bleed or is my vacuum pulloff defective? Thanks

What does the '88 TSM say? The '89 TSM covers it under choke adjustment; probably the same.

Yes, some(NOT all) choke pulloffs have a bleed hole(s).
You should be able to spot the hole(s) if you look.
If it pulls the choke flap open slightly when engine starts it's working.
Cheap part if you desire to replace, but keep in mind many new aftermarket parts are crap these days right out of the box.
