plastic float for fuel sending unit

Anybody know if this can be bought from the regular parts stores? I cant seem to find an application for it( jeep, ford, Scout). All the old brass ones I have leak and have been repaired all ready. I see them(plastic) all over the net for like 3 bucks but would like to get it locally if I could. its for the '84 gw thanks

I think a ford ranger is the same. when my buddy had problems with his 93 ranger I pulled his sender out and the float looked the same 'cept plastic. His was bad though. I replaced it with a pill bottle that clipped tight in the wire

You can still get new brass from Ford. That is what I used.
