Another Flex-Track Replacement

Contributed By: Tom Pinto

The plastic track piece costs about $12 at the dealer I bought two recently for my Wag. All you have to do is take out the screws the track in place and disconnect the trac from the bootom of the glass. There is a whole in the inside door skin you can do this through. Then you just move the whole assembly around inside the door until you can remove the old trac. To install the new one...just slide the plastic trac down from the top until it rests against the motor gear. Activate the motor switch and it should catch. Then realign everything to that previously mentioned whole and start putting it back together. It takes about 30 minutes or so.

Hope that helps.
