75 AMC Pacer and 75 Jeep Cherokee Chief
Hi. Matt here. I have been asking alot of questions lately. Thanks for all of the help.
I read that the 75 AMC/Jeep Cherokee Chief was introduced as a midyear model. The AMC Pacer was also introduced as a midyear model. How close together were there introductions? Please let me know. Thank you, -Matt.
P.S. If time travel is possible someday, I would love to go to an AMC Dealer in 1975 and get a brand new Cherokee Chief, Gremlin, Pacer, and a Matador coupe.

Yeah, a J-20 Pick-up truck would be good also. Maybe a Hornet Hatchback too.

I hate to say this but if I was going to time travel to get a vehicle, it wouldn't be a Jeep.
I think a new Cobra would be in order. I could then sell it and buy Jeep back from Chrysler.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to go back further and buy the Willys Co? Then we'd all have Willys!

It would be cheaper to go back and buy Bantam, design the jeep copywright and trademark the heck out of it and anything to do with it. Oh and make sure the French and Germans never get any part of it.

Hi. Matt here. Does anyone know the answer to the question? How close together were the introduction for the Cherokee Chief and Pacer? -Matt.

Wow, that was a major hijack of that post Matt!
All I can find about the Chero Chief is that it was mid year. The Pacer was released to showrooms on Feb 25 1975 according to my friend Wikipedia
" In its first year of production, the Pacer sold well, with 145,528 units"
