Loose steering

I was just told by my mechanic that my steering was loose (sure feels like it) Anyway he said tie rods and pitman arm was loose. I understand the tie rods being loose but what should i check in regards to the pitman arm? Its a drop pitman arm from bj's that i got with my lift a few yars ago. The truck almost feels like it has bump steer on occasion which I thought wasn't supposed to happen with the drop pitman.

There's a hex screw on top of the steering box to adjust the pitman arm. Only turn about 1/4 of a turn at a time, test drive, adjust as necessary.

a drop pittan arm in itself wont necessarily aleviate bump steer depending on how your angles are - do you have a photo of your linkage angles? im sure the experts could determine what if anything you might need to look at/replace.
