I wonder if you polished the gelcoat enough if they would come out shiny chrome?

How thick is the 'glass? Do the mounting holes have to be drilled?

These are not predrilled, so yes you'd need to drill them

The mounting holes are not drilled because every rig is going to be a little different so it is nice to be able to know that this will fit your inner fenders / core support / outer core support, etc.

I will call the manufacturer tomorrow and get the rest of the specs on it.

Thanks.

I tried to contact the manufacturer but they weren't in today. I grabbed my calipers but the battery in it was dead. Just eyeballing it, I would say it is about 1/8".

The test set of these have been on a vehicle in the midwest through the snow and cold winter for over a year and they didn't crack a bit.

The fiberglass is not a cheap blown in fiberglass, it is a hand laid fiberglass which is far stronger than the blown in method.

Thanks!

Didn't know that Zack was doing any..

Just found his post on the vendors forum and I don't know for sure but it looks like his have the lower splash piece separate where ours are molded in one unit. I can't tell but maybe his flares are bolt on as well?
