axle swap

So, i've been trying to sell my truck for a while since I got the wag that fits my purposes a little better. I haven't had any luck so far, so I am thinking about parting it out. If I do I was wanting to take the axles from it (wide-track dana 44's) and put it on my wagoneer since the wag has narrow track and the spring under axle set up.
The questions I had are: how hard would it be to put the disk brakes from my wagoneer onto the front truck axle, and what modifications would I need to do to the wag and/or axle to make it mount up to the springs and driveshafts. Sorry for any ignorance...thanks ahead of time
