Anyone near petaluma ca, want to check out a Cherokee ?

There is a 1980 (Might be a 79, due to the chrome bumpers) Cherokee on craigslist, that looks like it would make a great project, but would like to have a few more pictures and a better idea of the condition before buying it. Heck even if you buy it and build it, it would be better than seeing it stripped of axles for a rock CJ guy.
