Shackle lift?
Is there anyone who makes a 2" shackle lift for waggies?

No... that would require a 4 inch longer shackle in front, which would itself be insafe, but which would also totally screw up your steering. In the back, longer shackles would actually DECREASE your height; the shackles don't go down, they go up; a shackle inversion would be the only way to increase height with longer shackles.

you can always go with a set of add-a-leafs. they are just as cheap, you don't have to remove any of the leaf spring packs from the vehicle and you can do it in your driveway with some basic hand tools. plus they will give you about 1.5-2.5" of lift depending on which ones you go with.

I ran a 2" shackle lift for one summer. I don't recommend them either. Especially for on road. It made the Jeep even more squirrely than normal. I bought it from Summit as a Chevy truck lowering shackle and will sell it cheap, but I DON'T recommend it.

you don't want more then a 1" lift out of a shackle up front.

Like the others have said don't go more than an inch. XJ rear lift shackles will do the trick when used up front.
