Hammers Wheeling pix.

i aint seen too many wheeling pix threads lately. So…….
i ran the hammers last weekend for Fun in the Desert put on by the victor valley four wheelers. great event, supports a keeping our trails open, and some good times.
didn’t get many pix of my rig (as i was the one w/ the camera) but i got some good pix of my buddies that i was wheeling with.

we had some rolls, nothing that we aint use to.

we had some good times and some good breakage. all in a fun weekend.

full album is here http://www.southbaycustoms.com/sbche...007/index.html

I took OrangeCherokee's advice and had my GF take pics & Video's while I wheeled... worked out nice! I rewarded her by letting her drive down the switchbacks into Georgetown CO... she was all

So Slick Willie, blt2krl, DesertBeast and myself are wheelin... anyone else?

Thats an interesting Toyota front axle thingy on the first rollover pic. I'm trying to figure out what its for... It seems like it would just hang up on the rocks even more! I also saw the centered rear pumpkin with the offset t-case on the last pic. It must be a Samurai drivetrain. I have some bros who did the same thing with no probs, unbelievably!

if your referring to the truss on the front of the axle, that’s for the full hydro steering (to mount the ram). and it is in front of the axle, not below.

and ya that last roll was a sami. he ripped his frame in half later that night on backdoor.

as long as i can get my j10 finished up by friday, i'll be taking her out on sunday. still have to break in the cam, run tranny lines, install two fans, and finish up the floor boards and seats.
