What to do next??

Interior—Has been redone, new carpet/seats/headliner, Center console for stereo and hide away compartment, new stereo/CB/radar jammer/police scanner

Axles-- 44 front/AMC 20 rear (trussed), 4.88’s and Detroit’s, Dual Rancho stabilizer, Tires are 35’s and brand new

Engine/Trans/X-fer-- rebuilt 727 with less than 5000miles on it with shift kit, rebuilt 727 with less than 5000miles on it with shift kit, Engine specs are 330hp and 375ft lbs .Has an Edelbrock non egr intake, 1.6 rockers, Class III camshaft, Comp pushrods, Holley truck avenger carb, headman long tube headers, custom built outside the frame exhaust with mufflers. No cats. 4 core radiator with non clutch flex fan, TFI,

Other—Hydro-boost (not installed yet),

I have run out of ideas on what to do next. (I use my jeep to get my head away from what’s going on) so I figured I would post and see what upgrades you guys should think I should do. Steering box? Axles? X-case?

First off...

Second, I couldn't agree more. Time to wheel it.

But for ideas, how about a hydraulic winch? Or adding efi to the engine, if that is you kind of thing. Basket on top, rhino grille, add some offroad lights...

well the rest of the story

I cant wheel it right now due to distance i am away. I have thought EFI but have heard or read nothing that makes me jump for joy thinking about the switch. Maybe some clearer information on which one and where to get it will help with that.

I get home in 3 weeks and am looking to wheel somewhere where is a good place to look?

Where is home, exactly? Beale AFB? If so, it may be tight on the timing but you could join us for the Hollister run. It's a bit of a drive for you, but still. . . Look for it in the Events section.

I say wheel the heck out of it when you get home and then you will find what you need to do next. You've put so much into it why not enjoy it and see what breaks or need improvements from what you've done.

P.S. I love that thing! Post up some good pics of it as soon as you can.

Jason, it looks great. I'd slap a winch on there and go play.

Don't let that thing near Herc. She'll get an inferiority complex and I'll never be able to get her to wheel again. Nice rig, I say the next step for you is to wheel her until she tells you what your next project is.

I do agree with janie, get a winch for that bumper and then go beat on her for a while.
