Guess the overload

Had to haul a little dirt away from a reseeding project in my front yard. Went to the dump last week and was turned away (got there too late) so I took off work early today. Didn't have the time for two trips so I loaded up the J10.

Weighed in and out on the scales, who wants to guess how much, personally I think the scale must need a tuneup.

A Little high but it felt like that on the non-existent road around the landfill. Bottomed out quite a few time.

It's about 20 miles to the dump, through downtown Baltimore (land of steel plates) through the south baltimore industrial area (didn't want to brave the highway), and around the dump with it's wheel size pothole (I guess anything to slow the dump drivers down). J10 made a few funny noises, bottomed out a few times, and the springs were reverse arched (and still are ) good thing I have a replacement set of springs to put on when I put my D60 in the back. I think the max I put in it before was about 800#'s on the scales.

Some of the "light haulers" you know the "we clean houses" will put 4 x 8 sheets of plywood vertically in the beds of trucks to allow them the room to put more stuff in the back. Residents get free dumping, but they want the ability to charge the people who are hauling for money but aren't commercial haulers.
