Machine Shop GR, MI

Hey guys...redoing the stroker here and this time I'm planning on doing a good job. Need a good machine shop around grand rapids, mi. Anybody got any names?

I'm gonna need all the basics plus a few things. Boring, crank grind possibly, balance, maybe aline bore, bit of head work. Fun stuff.

Thanks,

aa

Felice Performance Engines in Ionia does AWSOME work. They do all the work for my friend's SCCA A-Sedan Mustang engine - and he's won two national championships with their engines.

Sweet, thanks. I'll check them out. A bit farther than I really wanted to travel but if they do good work it's worth it.

We're really gonna have to have lunch one of these days, Frank. You're nearly the closest other FSJer to me. lol

C-tech out of Wyoming has been pretty good to me. I had them do the machine work on my 401 and they did a nice job. They've done work for us in the past and it has held up great. They do a lot of specialty engines, so odds are they've worked on an engine similar to yours, considering how long they have been in business. Here's their website with all sorts of info and pics for you to check out.

There's D&S Engines, up by the dunes, if you're up for a scenic drive.
