New Kid w/ '88 Waggy.
Howdy! I sold my '88 XJ this weekend and picked up a new-to-me '88 Wagoneer yesterday. Drove it home, and ran it right out of gas on 485 in the rain. Thankfully there was just enough uphill in the 4 miles to my house that I was able to get it to pick up enough fuel to get to my driveway. I hope it's just out of gas, and not something else.
Here she is, anyway.

I think running out of gas is a rite of passage with a new vehicle. I've done it so far this year in the XJ I sold, my bike, and now this. This Waggy will be the 4th Jeep I've personally owned. Somehow they get in your blood and you just find yourself looking for beat up Heeps all the time!

I work in Charlotte at the Goodyear in Ballantyne, Rae rd. You can usually see my Wag out there, she's kinda hard to miss.

I ran out of gas on my maiden voyage too from Orlando, FL to Chicago... lemme tell you, 6am on a Sunday morning... Louisville, KY is NO place to break down.
