OK, 4-door J Trucks, how about a club cab?

Well, we have seen a few make crew-cabs. Has anyone atempted or made a extended/club cab? I think that may look unique if done right.

I've seen one pic where the rear roof section of a wagoneer was used to make it happen. The truck was blue IIRC

The blue Jtruck is right hand drive! I wonder where that thing is from? It has a goofy bed on it too. The white 4 door is a cool looking rig too.

I've wondered about that myself, you could cut a 2 door chero body, attach a j cab rear section, make it a 12"strech,then you could use a stock long bed frame, then use a short box on it.Seems pretty straitforward, only issues would be if the roof heights line up&mounting a small side window.Maybe use the chero pop outs, turned around?

Here's 2J20's project, it's a minimal cab stretch and required a frame stretch to keep the same bed length:

I like the blue extended cab. I think that would be much easier than a crew cab. My wheels are rolling. I would like to do this and use the 1st Generation Ram club cab windows. Those pop open and aren't too big.

[quote=JeepNOFEAR]I forgot whos this was but it was a cherokee at first.Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, with the back of a J cab welded on,on a long bed frame, with a short box.NO frame stretching,NO bed shortening.Just spin those rear side windows around.

Got busy with the SawZall a few years back. My 78 Cherokee Chief became a J-9, Almost a J-10

Right now it has a tired 360/TH400 and QT, reverse mounted extra long racing leaf springs, XJ seats, Sway away 2.5" shocks etc.
Changing over soon to LS1 w/700R4 and NP208.
