Drove Tequilla today and........................

Nothing happened. No leaks. No noises. No pukin. No dead cats blew out of the exhaust pipe. Nadda. The truck ran perfectly. May not be a big thing for ya'all, but in this house, it's huge.

It has been a good day. Replaced the exhaust manifold gaskets in Peso and thought we had a big problemo on our hands, when one of the bolts broke off back by the #4 cylinder.

Bill's swearing/a dremel tool and all new bolts finally got things done.

Ristow, thanks for your help today.

Something is wrong in the balance of the universe...

lol, j/k

Sounds excellent, perhaps you can get to enjoying that thing now without having to clean up after it every day We need pics of a dry driveway for proof though!

My electrical system started acting up the other day. Have not looked into it yet but you might be the cause.

That is great news Janie. Some Good Kharma there Sis!

Speaking of electrical... Stopped by Krista's folks on Friday eve to borrow the J4000 to help a freind move household goods. It was after dark and half the lights wouldn't work. Just crumby connections mostly. Had them all working after an hour of messing around with connections and a little PB Blaster in the sockets. But the headlight dimmer was really hot to the touch. So, rather than risk a melt down, went and picked it up yesterday morning. Made two big hauls without incident. Yippee!

Yup, Dexron has a way of traveling across the country and infilitrating one's electrical system.

j/k I hope it's nothing serious with your rig.

Of the two J-10's in this household, Tequilla has been my "knight in shining armor"

Peso.............................................. ..Has been a slat kicker lately. If that truck was a horse I'd prolly shoot it. My luck though it wouldn't die.

...and would leave a big red stain to slip in. However y'all would be used to it.

You need to step up to 45-70 in that lever action.

Uh oh! I believe this is the second sign of the apocalypse! The first is happening here right now Janie- they are going to build a levee around Sumava to stop the flooding. No flooding in Sumava and now nothing wrong with Tequila! I think I need a perch sandwich and a beer....
