Illinois emissions
Has anyone heard of IL stopping emissions on 1995/6 and earlier vehicles, getting rid of the dynos ,and only testing with the ECM(?) hook up? Hope so so I can get all that smog crap out from under my hood and clean up the engine compartment.

I've heard that same rumor from several people and have no reason to beleive it's not true. You IL guys will have it made (sorry about those Bears). I hope WI does the same thing soon with their emmisions testing.

I have heard that also. My auto teacher at the college says theres going to be somthing comeing out this month about it.

Is it going to be sent out in mass or be one of those hidden laws that no one ever knows about till you get busted.
