tick tick tick

ive got a really annoying tick coming from the right head on my 360, im guessing its the rockers or something to that effect. the ticking gets faster as the idle increases and the pushrods seem to be oiling like they should and they rockers are torqued to specs so what do i do to stop the ticking?

Check for exhaust leaks,as a small leak has same ticking sound.

its possible that it might have a bad lifter....but with you saying it getting lots of oil...its hard to say it you cant find a exhaust link it could be a lifter

I was thinking exhaust leak too - it's real easy to see if that is the prob if you have a length of garden hose or surgical hose or something - just hold one end near your ear and pass the other end around the manifold while the engine is running - if you pass the one end over the area with the leak, you will definitely be able to hear it - actually, I think it's kind of a cool trick...but I am fairly easily amused so....
