I am just guessing. Usually it is RHD or LHD to describe left or right hand drive, so I really don't know this acronym...

Those acronyms (RHD and LHD) would apply, at least to me, to which side the steering wheel is located as in a vehicles manufactured elsewhere that see service all over the world like the Land Rover, or the XJ's and TJ's that were offered both ways for delivery service and I assume export.

I think he meant passenger side drop, as in the pinion location for the axle.

DOH, that's probably it... So yeah, I think the D30 closed knuckle axels were used from like 70-73 on Wags. The older D27 looks similar. All Wags were 5 bolt wheels with passenger side drop from 63-73. Trucks too unless they were 8 lug 3/4 or 1 ton. Okay, and Military 715/725 were different too.

I though he meant a photo shop doctored, passenger side drive, power stroke diesel powered with a passenger side drop front axle.

Yes, we have seen them, you need the wheels or the axles.... consensus is that you are better off upgrading.... to discs front diff....
