Cool

It has taken some time to get motivated to post pictures since we closed on our new home right after we got back from the Ouray gather last month. One month ago, we were set up at So Mineral Creek and easing into the 2005 Ouray FSJ ReUnInvasion . I have taken a little different approach to the layout this year. Hope y'all like it.

Flint;

... Here is the only thing we have and it's from 1989.
I had to redo the fuel lines do to improper flarings on the hard lines. This was in the Bar ditch at Dorchester right after we came over Taylor Pass from Aspen. The trail was so rough it caused several leaks.

... We are still 'up' for the web site deal we talked about if you feel it would be worth the effort.

Have a good one and CUL.. Don S..

This should make a good one for the main page from which to view other wrenching activities Don. What I am hoping for are shots of wrenching at the KOA and on the trail from this year's gathering. Ya know, buttering the gas tank, brake woes, broken springs, that kind of stuff. We didn't pull out the camera often enough this year...

Oh poop, I forgot Steve posted a few here:
http://www.ifsja.org/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/...;f=15;t=000171
Thanks Steve!

Don - On the web site. I think I was multitasking on Krista's pain solutions that day we talked about it and need a refresher on the details. Please drop me a PM.

Well, I was looking to set up a page of repairs on our 05 site. I guess this comes from "trying" some humility on gfor size since we had to wrench on all 3 rigs we had there at one point or another. And the help we had from our FSJ comrads was much appreciated! The 5 previous years we rode those trails unscathed, so the ego took a hit this summer. But we had a helluva good time in the fact that we were there with an attitude of altitude with all y'all!

I'm guessing raider was talking specifically about nothing breaking on the Chero. Seems to me he spent quite a while on the baby jeeps front hubs this year.

Baby Jeep? I made that mistaken reference about my daughters CJ once.....once! Yes, the **** hubs seem to keep getting eaten by that front lockrite. And BTW, I think this was the first and only year nothing broke on the Chero. Bill

I have some pics. Let me know if you want high res and I’ll send them to you. Did anyone get a pic while helping out the stranded grand Cherokee? What ever happened to the reward money? Did we drink it?

And whose sandwich is this. Questions, questions.

I admit, I took the cash from the gal ($20), no one else seemed to want it!
I did buy a case of beer in Silverton and brought it back to the camp, it was there for whomever wanted to drink it that night, think Sue and I and Paul had some, don't know about the rest of ya'll.
