4" drop pitman arm

Where can I get a 4" drop pitman arm from? All I have been able to find is a 2" and was told for an soa lift I would need a 4". Please help. Also a parts list of other things needed and places to get them would be helpful. It will be a while before I do this but would like to start gathering parts as I am on a budget. I have read many of the posts here about the soa lift but have not found a parts list anywhere.
