1350 yoke for a rear output shaft on QT

Anyone know of a 1350 series yoke that will fit the rear output shaft of the QT?

I think i still have mine on a shelf somewhere. When i was running q-tracks i got one from the local driveline shop(potter-webster). Have them get you a seal also. I think it was for a clark forklift or such..Dennis

What about a dana 20 yoke?

I think Tom Woods sells them, and the seals? I bought my 1410 tcase yokes from them. Dennis
