i'm stuffing a set of 35s on tomorrow and i'm wondering how far i should go on the fender flares. afaik, neither TN nor SC has any fenderwell laws about tires sticking out, so that's not a problem. i was thinking of trimming the vertical lip of the flare and leaving the part that sticks out from the body, but maybe that would still rub against the 35s? should i go all the way against the body metal?
thanks

Start small and cut more if you have too.

If you look on this pic you can see the best way to trim, with the trim job on "sickpuppy" I was just able to fit 35"s before I started doing lift mods... The one thing not shown in the pics that needs special attention is inside the fenderwell, the lip (closest to frome/firewall has to be bent away from the tire) otherwise if your turning and flexing that edge will catch the backside of the tire and slice right into it(I know from experience)...

This pic shows a front angle... You'll want to trim the rear more than the front or it doesn't quite look symetrical...
