If you haven't already contacted the KOA to pay for the BBQ, please do so ASAP.
The phone number at the KOA is (800) 562-8026.
It's apparent that more people are planning to come next week than have signed up for the BBQ thus far.
I've been posting this for the past two or so months, trying to gather numbers or estimates. But this has not worked very well. That means it is unlikely we will be able to accomodate very many who just show up without first having called in to pay and reserve a meal.
Thanks, and see you here!

I don't know who you talked to, but the KOA is catering the BBQ. Virginia is in charge of all reservations etc. Are you sure you got the right KOA?

gwinn...
... Yes we called back today and got the BOSS(Virgina) and paid up OK.
We'll be listening to CB channel 4 in Ouray.
We are bringing a bunch of 7/8s inch red ribbon to put on the NON-FSJs antenna so we will know them as they drive by. This was a problem last year. It is also a good safety idea for the trails.
Good Luck.. and CUL.. Don S..
