There is going to be a 4X4 Night at the Blue Top Drive-In; 8801 Indianapolis Blvd. (US 41) Highland, IN on Weds. night June 11th at 730 PM. This is being hosted by the Iron Horse 4x4s out of Cal City, IL. I've been to one of their get togethers before and it was a lot of fun. There are a couple of guys in Iron Horse that have FSJs and I met IFSJA member Dr. Chop there. It would be great if we could get some FSJs there from Chi-Town and the burbs. Highland is my home town and Blue Top is a great place to hang out. Been around since the 50s and they still have rollerskating carhops (or at least they did a few years back). It's really easy to get to also- about 2 miles south of I-80/94 on US 41 south.

I would love to be there. Might be tough to swing a Wednesday, though. I will have to wait to see what's going on that week.
Also, the Great Lakes Jeep Thing club has a show n shine event on the 22nd of June. It is also at the Blue Top.

I see that this one is roughly 40 miles from me and I have confidence that my FSJ can make it. I'm almost sure that I would go.

I grew up along the IL/IN state line and would love nothing more, than to join in on the fun.
I know exactly where this is taking place. Wish I could be there.

I don't even know if I'll be at Blue Top tonight- had a trip to KC come up and don't know if I'll make it back before 730P. Janie- next time at Sumava I'll have to take a pic of me and the truck and email it to you.
