We'll be meeting from the 16th of July thru the 20th. There are no entry fees or legal organizers for the trailrides. You are responsible for your own safety. There will be a number of Ouray trail veterans to keep us pointed in the right direction.

A stock FSJ should be capable of safely running many of the trails and there are also some challenging trails for the more modified rigs. If you have questions regarding the trails or rig preparation go to this web site: http://groups.msn.com/ATexasOklahoma...aycotopic.msnw or contact Don S on the IFSJA forum.

This event will be staged at the KOA campground in Ouray, but there are also a number of motels nearby where you can stay should you prefer not to camp. Be sure to make reservations either way.

The event is loosely organized, but there will be a barbeque on Thursday July 17 at the KOA. Contact Virginia at the KOA or Ralph on the IFSJA forum for more info. Of course there is an entry fee for the BBQ, but it's a great chance to see what many of your best friends look like in real life. The price is $15/adult and $10/child for an "all-you-can-eat" spread per person plus all the fixings. The phone number at the KOA is (800) 562-8026. Be sure to make your reservation prior to arrival.

If you're planning to attend this gathering please post your name, dates attending, lodging reservation, etc to this thread so I can update the list. If you should cancel your plans, please also post that to this thread so we can keep an accurate count.

Feel free to add on anything I left out guys and if this thread appears to be ready to fall off the page, please bump it BTT.
Happy Trails!

Thanks Tom,
Here's a little calander for folks to use, it does not mean you need to arrive or leave on any specifc days, just something Don S and myself pulled out of the air awhile back.
4 weeks and counting down.
So much to do

EDIT: ROFLOL, forgot to post the calander.

I borrowed this link from the Ouray Reports forum. These photographs were taken by Frank in Norway last year at the Ouray 40th Anniversary of the FSJ Invasion. They are spectacular! They just might convince you to make the trip this year.

Several other people are coming. Reuben Hernandez, akd "Narnian," has driven from Cincinnati and should be arriving this evening. Also, I expect JeepJake and GrimGaunt to come later in the week.

We're here. I've seen alot of Colorado before, but this is the most beautiful area, by far.

The jeep didn't make the road team though, too many problems. Instead, we're on atv's for a few days and will rent a jeep for the end of the week. If y'all see a red F350 with "Access Builders" signs on the side, that's us. If anyone gets here early and wants to get a beer or anything, we're at the Comfort INN, rm 201.

Wah... I wanna be there now...

Krista and I have been busting butt on her Wag. In 3 weekends, we got 4" Rancho/Rusty's hybrid lift, replaced steering box, moved headers and duals off the Cherokee to her Wag, new valve cover gaskets, wired a new CB antenna, fixed speaker in left door and last - but not least - used 3 Quadratracs to rebuild her original one and replace the MM OD unit that has been in the Wag since last October. We got the seal kit from BJ's Offroad and it works perfect, back to full time 4wd and the E Drive works! YAY! We will be heading up to the KOA on Wednesday. We are sooooo ready for a vacation...

I'm up in Grand Junction right now, but without my Jeep. Is it okay if I come down Saturday afternoon to see all the FSJs?

Just got the word, may be able to drive up on Thursday just in time for the BBQ. Assuming I can work out some FSJ quirks.
