Question

I bought the 4 spring 4" lift from Rusty's today. When I pulled the old springs off the front and compared them to the new lift springs I was surprised to notice that the old springs have about 3/4" more arch at the eyes than the new springs. Whats the deal? I thought the new ones would have more of an arch.I am about 90% done and am real concerned about this now. Any Ideas?

If I understand what you are saying the old springs have more arch to them? All I can say is that to put them on and try them out and see what they do. Even though they have more arch being off when put on the new springs will be stiffer and hold the arch better then the old ones. Hope this makes sense to you.

Thumbs up

You're right i've got em on and they gave about 4 3/4" of lift. I guess its all in the the stiffness. The back is going on today. So far I am very happy.
