Is that a parting line through the center of the sprocket case on that PTO and are those three bolts I see that look like they are holding the two halves together?
That looks like a wide spool winch. I had trouble with clearance issues (I think with the steering gear) when installing one on my J20. I swaped in a narrow spool.

Those winches are junk. You should put it on one of your trucks and send it my way so I can scrap it for you....
If that's a 12" drum winch your good to go, that was what Jeep used as SE for the Saginaw steering rigs. If it's a 14" (what Jeep ran on the Ross rigs) you will have to swap the drum and shaft or off set the winch.

Is that a Koenig PTO? All the Ramsey PTO's I've seen have a cover with many small 1/4" bolts holding it on to the chain case.

Nope, 12" drum only fits J-10s. Send me it, I'll give yuh $20 plus shipping. Since you seem like a nice kid.

Is this PTO setup OE FSJ equipment? I've found a few Ramsey and Koenig PTO units locally, but they're mostly off Willys rigs with a Dana 18. Maybe the Dana 18 PTO units will also work with the Dana 20? I'm very much in the dark
