Measurement needed

I am not sure if it makes a difference or what stock should be but I have an unequal measurement on my tailgate window opening.

The ends have an 1" 1/4 gap, the middle has an 1" 1/8 gap. That is the measurement of the window opening.

I can wedge the middle up to get equal distance, but I am not sure what I can do to keep the distance since it just springs back.

Anyway, if someone could help me out with a measurement, so I can see where I am before I spend a bunch of unnecessary time.

I will try to snap a picture.

I am talkin about the window opening in the tailgate. The top of the tailgate. The slot where the window wipes sit on eithr side and the window moves up and down in between.
