the inlet to the cat, separated from the pipe coming from the engine. I love the sound, but i don't think my neighbors will. snapped off this morning on the way to school.

Depending on your budget and your position in life, it's either time for muffler tape, a new cat, a whole new exhaust system, a whole new mandrel bent custom exhaust or if you're going bald, it's time for a Corvette.

I just spent about 5 minutes and welded it back together. Kinda sad though. I liked that sound. I'm only 17, but surprisingly i am going bald (got some of the bad family genes). I wouldn't mind a corvette!

your local parts store may have the bits and pieces.... I found all the whole tailpipe at the zone a few years ago.... well 10 years ago... and the necessary extensions.
As baldness goes... you do not have to go for a haircut... or worry about a bad hair day, only sunburns and that hood hook.

I already fixed it. Took me about 5 min to put a couple beads of MIG weld on. Its messy though, so we'll see how it holds up.

If it leaks throw one of these on it:
http://www.jegs.com/i/Dynomax/289/33229/10002/-1
Thats a butt joint, may need a lap joint. anyways I have 3 of them on my exhaust. they seal very well if you put an impact on them.

My rear window actually is sealed up that tight. I've been lucky about that. My driver door window, that's a different story...

Take it to your local muffler shop and ask them to weld it. Shouldn't be more than 10 minutes on the hoist and $20 or so.
Oh, you already welded it. Never mind.
