What I did to the Chief today
I started on the boobie grill swap and started removing AC components. I also decided to reuse my jump seat/arm rest for another purpose. This may have been done before but I havent seen it if so. I drilled 2 - 4'' holes in the metal for cup holders....after I removed the seat covering, sanded, primed and painted. Here's the results so far,I will put the arm rest back on when dry. ..... http://s1008.photobucket.com/albums/...20cup%20holes/

Nice
Nicely done great use of what's on hand. You could always put a a padded cushion on top if needed.
