Smile Riga Dust-Off 2011

last year we had a nice showing of Full Size Jeeps that showed up and hopefully, we can double the amount this year. I started this little gathering nearly 30 years ago just to swap stories, parts, and have a good time. Before that, my Uncle was doing the same thing with the Hudson people. Riga Michigan is about a half hour north west of Toledo Ohio. So, fire up the Jeeps and head on over!

How big is the turnout? Worth making a drive from SE WI in the waggy?

Gonna try to make it down with my daughter.

Jerry ... I don't think Cedar Point is open until Memorial Day ... might want to double check their website.

Hey, thanks to all who came out today! We had as many full size Jeeps as we did other AMC vehicles. Good food, good times, good company. I will post up a couple of pictures when I get a chance.

I ended up not coming due to what was thought to be serious drivetrain issues on my car. Turned out I had a seriously loose fender liner and an equally loose engine splash cover that were rattling/banging like a competition drum line. Now that they're resecured, my pocket book can relax.

Glad to hear a boat load of FSJ's invaded the day and everyone had a good time.
