New guy saying Hello

Hey All,

Dion here. I am the proud owner of a 1978 Wagoneer. I've had many vintage car/trucks over the years but this ole' gal is easily one of my favorites. I love everything about it, except for maybe the tailgate window issue.... I'll post a few pics soon.

See ya in the forums.

Dion

New guy here. Very proud owner of a 1986 Grand wagoneer, 82,000 original miles. A new paint job and a little interior work, and it will look good as new. Even got a second one with it that is mostly intact. It has been t-boned in driver side, and is missing most of the interior trim and paneling. Haven't figured out what I will do with it yet. I have noticed that the gas hand seems to float with taking off and stopping. Just wondering if this is normal. Also, I have learned that it is probably best not to let it get below a quarter tank. Something I could use help with is a cheap, easy lift. Just want to put no bigger than 32's on it. A shackle flip was suggested, but not sure since I am kinda new to this. Will be using it mostly as an everyday driver, so I want it to still ride comfortably. Appreciate any help.

I'm laying off the meds. Everytime I take them, I wake up with another Jeep in the yard.
