Temperature sending unit connector voltage?

What should the temperature sending unit connectore measure?

IIRC, there is no VOLTAGE present. It's a resistor that varies it's resistance to ground depending on the temp.

Sorry, I don't know the ranges.

About 140 Ohms at 85 Degree F or so

When hot it should go down to a lower resistance.

Take it out of a cold enging and do some stove top testing...
