Minimal trimming.. 33"s...

Quite a bit of trimming... 35"s...

No matter what, if you want to flex, you will have to do a little trimming on the corners and such.

Personally, I would follow the example of others on here and do a nice trim, with rolled under edges, up to the first fender line, then put it on 35"s. If you take your time, it will look factory and at first look you can barely tell any trimming was done.

I am running an SOA with 33X12.5 right now. I currently air down to about 18-20 psi when offroading with little issue. I have trimmed the lower corners because I got a little tire rub in that area. If I want to air down even more (below 15 psi) I will have to trim quite a bit more. At some point, I will trim about an inch and a half and either roll the body up a little or weld some sheet metal in to seal it up so that I can run 35's.
