title confusion

Got a simple question I'm sure...under your name on here next to the avatar it says like "member" and what not...how/when does that change? Is it based on when you joined or posts or am I way off here?

It's based on post count. You start as New Member, then go to Member, grease monkey, all the way up to Moderator (not really ).

first change is around 250 posts, not sure when the next change was.
