1991 Wagoneer stalling

My son has a 91 Grand Wagoneer that keeps stalling while he is driving. He says on the way to school it will die while he is moving 20-40mph. Here is what we have recently done...

Rebuilt carb
covered fuel lines with heat shield (vaporlock?)
new fuel pump

We really want to "keep d jeep" but i can't have it dying on him while driving. Any ideas on what we can try next? if we decide to sell it waht do you think it may be worth. 1991, white/tan 139k, everything works, 2nd owner Texas all it's life. body is in great shape. Thanks

What happens after it dies? As in, can it be restarted instantly or do you have to wait. If waiting, how long do you wait? Have you examined the ignition module? (Big rectangular silver box on driver's side fender under hood)
