My Hood Liner details.

Thought this might help people that want to do a hood liner.

I contacted Thermo Tec about using the FR 2 sided as a hood liner. It's priced great through Summit racing. And is large enofe.

They said it will work great.

I used Thermo Tec spray

See attached file for sizes that worked for me.

Hope this helps.

Larry

Mr. Maniac: Nice result! Just wondered why you didn't go with an OEM/like pre-cut? Crist

I wanted somthing a little better then the OEM stuff.

I cut this stuff with a sharp a pair of tin snips.

If you plan to use my drawing....cut up some small cardboard templats the way the notches are. See if you like it before you cut the good stuff.

Mine got glued a little off center.....so "mark" the center of the hood, and the center of the liner at the top. Like I should have done.

Spray both surfaces and don't let them touch, line it up and work from the middle out pressing.

Larry
