Seems I Have A New Neighbor
Must have just moved in. Never seen this Waggy before. It looks real nice, just a few bad paint spots, saw no rust through. Has a lift and a couple Rusty's stickers.

I'll keep an eye open for the owner.

I really dislike "nosey" neighbors. Just go introduce yourself and say "nice Waggy, you movin' in?"

Haven't seen them yet. Lots of college rental units around here in converted houses. I'll keep an eye out for them, introduce myself then.
