I can't speak for the flowteck, or any other headers designed for CJ's, but the Headman headers for FSJ's running AMC V8's fit well. I run them on my truck. The flanges aren't the thickest, and I wish the flange was clearanced around the spark plug area making it easier to get a socket on the plugs, but other than that, they work great. Use Remflex gaskets and you won't have to worry about leaks at the flange.

That's why we stopped carrying them, due to thinner flanges / lesser quality, and a lot of warranty returns / claims.
