the search continues

I am so tired of non-jeep folks treating their FSJ’s like Muscle Cars when its time to sell them! The prices are outrageous! I found a nice black J10- with a $200 paint job and ½ worn swampers and a smashed tie rod and drag link for…. $7500 OBO… Think the guy would take $2500? I doubt it!

One day I will find the perfect J-10! That’s part of the fun searching for that perfect Jeep

Just email and tell them. "When you really want to sell this and will take $2500, give me a call"

We're in NM as well, and have a place in Wisconsin. Amazingly, down here, there are vintage vehicles everywhere. Not FSJs per se, but, if you wanted a rust-free '70s Ford pickup, I've seen over a hundred. Between CLoudcroft and Alamogordo, there is a mid-70s waggy missing it's four doors! It's just sitting in a dirt parking area.

I don't even need a truck, but if I lived closer I'd buy it!

Well- Portland is 1400 miles from Santa Fe NM... The gas would cost about $800-$900 and the trip would take about 4 days... My SUV gets about 9mpg towing an FSJ!

Maybe I will check on shipping it...

Hey man, you pay for the gas and any form of cheap transportation back and I will be happy to drive it down to ya. I live in Portland and I have friends/family in Albuquerque and work from anywhere I want. I would be able to take the time to get it down there.
