You're not gonna believe this
Sold my 86 J20 to a guy, just called me to see if Grand Waggy front door glass is the same as the truck. Seems he left the truck parked somewhere overnight and somebody stole the door glass and door panel from the door. not sure if they got the regulator and all???? That's INSANE!! So the questions is.....are they the same, other than my jeep being power window.

Wow!
So, this fellow calls you for a window glass and in turn, buys your whole truck?
The answer your question, Yes.
Until someone educates me different, all the window glass are the same.

Yes size wise I believe. Power windows have two holes in the bottom of the glass and manual do not. At least thats the way my J10 was.

Don't worry. Don't feel guilty for selling a 1986. I don't think 1986 trucks came with brows anyway. Just think, they would have stole brow from it had it came with brow. FSJ side windows should be dime a dozen. They cannot be that hard to find.

you have to completely remove the stationary panel or vent window.
Here we go from Tom's site, the 82 with Part 3 section J , it says cherokee, but it has the wagoneer as well.
